Return and Refund Policy for Listen Wearables LLC dba LIAISE
1. Introduction At Listen Wearables LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.
2. Return Conditions a. Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. c. Customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refund Policy Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
6. Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. In cases of defective or damaged products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange, as per your preference.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
