2. Return Conditions a. Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. c. Customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do you use it?

TO POWER ON/OFF:
  • Hold down the side button for 5 seconds. The button will illuminate and the speaker will sound on. 
TO CHARGE:
  1. Flip open the charging door.
  2. Plug in USB-C cable.
  3. Button light will pulse green while charging.
  4. Button light will remain sold green when fully charged.
  5. Replace charging door securely. 
  6. During use, the button light will flash red 3 times quickly to indicate less than 10% battery remains.

LISTENING TO VERSES:

  • Press the button 1 time to hear a single verse.
  • Press the button 1 time during playback to pause/resume the current verse.
  • Press the button 2 times after listening to replay the last verse played.
  • Press the button 2 times during playback to skip to the next verse. 
  • Press the button 3 times to hear another similar verse. 
  • Press the button 4 times for 30 continuous verses.
  • Press the button 2 times to exit continuous mode.

 

LIGHTS DURING PLAYBACK

During verse playback the Liaise Module will display a variety of colors that reflect the verse's emotional context to offer comfort and guidance.
