Orders process in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes about 3–5 business days; expedited and international options appear at checkout. You'll get a tracking email once it ships.
Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days — just email us to start and we'll send instructions. Defective items are covered, and we'll provide a prepaid return label.

The device
How your Liaise works — battery, buttons, bands, and sound.
No — by design. There's no app and no pairing. One button gives you instant access, which keeps it simple for every age.
There's no volume control, on purpose. Liaise plays at one comfortable level — clear enough for you to hear, but quiet enough that the people around you won't.
About 1.5 hours of continuous playback per charge. It recharges over USB-C with the included cable — the button glows green while charging and stays solid green when full.
Hold the button 5 seconds to power on, then tap once to play. Tap once to pause/resume, twice to replay or skip, three times for something similar, four times for continuous mode. Full steps are on the user manual.
Yes. The module uses a standard 18mm pin connection, so it fits thousands of watch-style bands — leather, metal, fabric, or silicone.
Yes. Every Liaise includes a keychain attachment — pop off the wristband and clip it to your keys, bag, or backpack.
