How to use your Liaise.
Everything you need to power on, charge, and listen — written simply, for every age. One button does it all; here's exactly what each press does.
★Start in 3 steps
From the box to your first verse in under a minute.
Power on
Hold the side button for 5 seconds. The button lights up and the speaker chimes on.
Press to listen
Tap the button once to hear a verse. The light glows a color for the verse's feeling.

3Listening & button controls
One button, a few simple taps. Here's exactly what each does.
4The lights mean something
As a verse plays, the module glows one of six colors that reflect the verse's emotional context — comfort and guidance you can feel.
5Battery & lights at a glance
6Care, bands & keychain
- →Swap the band like a watch. Liaise uses a standard 18mm pin, so it fits thousands of watch-style bands — leather, metal, fabric, or silicone.
- →Carry it as a keychain. Remove the wristband and attach the included keychain accessory to clip Liaise to your keys, bag, or backpack.
- →One comfortable volume. There's no volume control by design — Liaise plays at a level that's clear for you but quiet to those around you.
- →Keep the charging door closed during use, and wipe the module with a soft, dry cloth to clean.
Watch: swapping the wristband for the keychain attachment.
?Troubleshooting
It may need a charge. Plug in the USB-C cable — the button pulses green while charging. Once it has power, hold the side button for 5 seconds to turn it on.
Open the charging door fully and make sure the USB-C cable is seated firmly. Try a different USB port or wall adapter. You should see the button pulse green.
Make sure it's powered on (hold 5 seconds), then tap once to play a verse. If a verse was paused, a single tap resumes it. Liaise plays at one comfortable level — there's no volume to turn up.
Three quick red flashes is the low-battery warning (under 10%). Charge it over USB-C and you're good to go.
