Limited Warranty for Listen Wearables LLC DBA Liaise Products

1. Warranty Coverage Listen Wearables LLC ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser that the electronic audio Bible bracelet ("Product") is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by the Company to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service In order to enforce the rights under this warranty, the purchaser must notify the Company of a warranty claim by emailing us through the Contact page on this website. Upon receipt of a claim, the Company will provide instructions on how to proceed.

4. Limitation of Liability The Company’s liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at the Company’s sole option. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product.

5. Exclusive Remedy The sole and exclusive remedy for this warranty is repair or replacement of the Product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Duration of Implied Warranties Any implied warranties including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this limited warranty.

7. Warranty Transferability This warranty is not transferable and is available only to the original purchaser of the product.

8. Governing Law This warranty shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the country or state in which the product was purchased.

9. Modification of Warranty The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time and without prior notice.
