The fine print

Limited Warranty — full terms

Listen Wearables LLC ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser that the electronic audio device ("Product") is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. It also does not cover damage resulting from the installation or removal of the product, unauthorized tampering, repairs attempted by anyone not authorized by the Company, or any cause not relating directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship.
To enforce rights under this warranty, the purchaser must notify the Company of a claim by emailing us through the Contact page on this website. Upon receipt of a claim, the Company will provide instructions on how to proceed.
The Company's liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at the Company's sole option. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product.
The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the Product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this limited warranty.
This warranty is not transferable and is available only to the original purchaser of the product.
This warranty shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the country or state in which the product was purchased.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time and without prior notice.
